The Jaw also plays a huge part in some headaches and migraine symptoms.

A Lot of cases also arise from sitting on computers for prolonged periods or associated with long haul travel and sitting in poorly designed chairs. Many people experience back pain from lifting too heavy at the gym and overloading the spine with poor lifting technique.
Trouble Sleeping
When your spine is out of its best alignment it is a very common to find it difficult to fall asleep. This may mean that it becomes increasingly difficult to find a comfortable position to rest often waking during the night or waking up stiff in the morning.
Stress and Tension
Especially after the pandemic and the rise of working from home. It has become a lot harder for some individuals to separate work and home life. Working from home often means that there is no properly set up work station and can lead to more stress being placed on the spine and also more load to the muscles supporting the spine.
